2012 Christmas Party

Our annual Christmas Party which was held at the South Shore Harbour Resort in League City was very successful and loads of fun! Members were greeted with a glass of champagne as they arrived for the cocktail hour. Our guest speaker Professor Upchurch was very informative and generously engaged in conversation with members after his talk. As a favor for the members and guests each place setting held a Challenge Coin. A newly published CD of “The Republic of Texas Navy” was handed out to our members to share with their squadrons, library, and friends. The lucky member or guest who had a star on the back of their program got to take home the beautiful fresh flower arrange on their table. Just like any other successful party there were still a couple of tables of people visiting and enjoying each others company after the lights were turned up and bar closed!
